Azur Imširović
Azur Imširović holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and French Languages and Literature from the University of Zagreb, Croatia and a Master of Arts degree in Comparative Politics from the University of York, United Kingdom.
He previously worked for the Office of the High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina (OHR) on the first major judicial reform including the reappointment of judges and prosecutors on all levels.
Mr. Imširović further worked for the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, where he actively participated in human rights monitoring and democratization, as well as local governance reform. During his tenure with the OSCE Mission to Skopje (North Macedonia) his duties included work on police reform, security monitoring and early warning mechanisms, as well as election monitoring and reporting.
Mr. Imširović is currently an independent researcher with a special emphasis on politics and security in the Western Balkans and human and minority rights.
